KORG has a new Version 2.0 operating system for the D1600 and D12 that adds some very cool features, many requested from users. 

The basic features are:

            *  Support for up to 8 times speed for burning audio CD's, 

                making data backups and exporting/importing WAV files 

                from CDR/RW (requires new CDRW-1x8/ CDRW-2x8)*

            *  Automatic data validation when making backup files

            *  Make multiple copies of an audio CD

            *  Export multiple WAV files at the same time

            *  Export WAV files to CDR/RW media (makes an ISO 9660 format disc)

            *  New "Format FAT16" command for preparing media for WAV file export

            *  Ability to erase CDR/W media

            *  Improved track display

            *  More accurate metering

            *  Faster previewing of WAV files

            *  Faster locating

New D16 Operating system  Version 3.12 Software

Not only that, but we also have a Version 3 for the D16 that offers these same features, with the exception of the fastest CDR/RW speed, since  it is using external SCSI drives.

       *  16 Version 3.0 increases size and zoom resolution of waveform display

       *  D16 Version 3 supports up to 4 times speeds using external SCSI drives only
