After you stop your recording you need to:

1. Turn the track record from "Rec" to "play" by tapping the Record Select one time.

2. Press the Rewind key once. This will take you back to the beginning of your recording. The counter will reset to "00:00:00".

3. Set the volume by adjusting the Track fader and the Master fader. Set each one about 3/4 of the way up, between 6 and 8. This way when you push the play button you will hear something.

4. Press the "play" button and you should be in business.

Set your headphone volume to a comfortable level.

Congratulations, you have now recorded and played back a digital recording. Try to keep in mind that with some experimentation you can make better recordings. Practice and be patient. Have fun.
