This warranty is extended by KORG U.S.A Inc. to the first consumer-purchaser to be free from defects in material workmanship for the period* as indicated below beginning at the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any product which is not purchased in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico from an authorized KORG U.S.A. Inc. dealer.

This warranty period* includes both expressed and implied warranties. Any products found to be defective within the period will be repaired or replaced at the option of KORG U.S.A. Inc., without charge, provided that (1) the product was not misused, improperly maintained or repaired by any person not authorized by KORG U.S.A. Inc., (2) the product's failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship, and was not damaged in transit, by battery leakage, by accident or by fire, nor damage due to use other than it's intended use, and (3) the product is delivered prepaid to seller, at the place of purchase, or to KORG U.S.A Inc. authorized warranty service center located in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, together with proof of purchase within the period* from the date of purchase. Do not return units directly to KORG U.S.A for service.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranty and the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to some purchasers. This warranty gives purchaser specific legal rights and purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
